We are a full service hotel across from the 17 pool hot springs, within one block of shopping and the river walk, as well as the many of the area's favorite restaurants. Our own award winning restaurant opens at 6am for our complimentary breakfast and has a late night menu after 10pm. Our facilities include a 24 hour, indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. Our new spa is on one of 3 open air decks allowing you to enjoy the ambiance of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Our Lodge offers very comfortable accommodations, with all the conveniences you expect included in the rooms. Our facility has a game room to entertain the children and a guest laundry for additional convenience and there is plenty of free parking. Pagosa's major attraction, the springs, home of the Healing Waters, was considered holy by the Ute Indians native to the area. This beautiful facility has 17 individual pools, temperatures ranging from 89 to 114 degrees, connected by paths, pagodas and a romantic lagoon. The hotel is contiguous to the only hot mineral swimming pool in the entire area. Pagosa's Champion level golf course is only 4 miles away and shuttle service is available.
