The Royal Park Hotel is an exceptional luxury hotel, a family owned country house hotel in the style of an old Bernese landlords property, located in a lovely and untouched mountain village and surrounded by a marvellous alpine landscape. Unexpectedly you find here a property, offering the comfort and generousity of a hotel of international class and offering with its very individual service a warm familiar atmosphere. We only accept individual guests during season. Banquets, groups or conferences are accepted during official off season only. Therefore we are able to separate two different segments of clientele in terms of time and to take care of each one's needs entirely.

RestaurantsRÔTISSERIE The "Rôtisserie", our classic restaurant, offers elegant dining in a festive ambience. Traditional french kitchen, adapted to modern exigeances is served in the classical "service à l'anglaise" (plates dressed at the guest's table) Evenings with candlelight and soft piano music happen twice or three times a week. Monumental open fire place with grill and spit. TERRACE The Terrace and Garden with the magnificent views to the lawns of our park and the mountains and glaciers are superb for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. Near poolside. RESTAURANT FRANCAIS The Restaurant Français offers "à la carte" specialities in a very private ambience. TAVERNA RUSTICA The "Taverna Rustica", a typical Restaurant for informal evenings. Swiss specialities and regional dishes. The menues of the other restaurants of the hotel are served here, as well, on request. HOTEL BAR The hotel bar is strictly for residents only, the large english Chesterfield chairs and the open fireplace give a ambiance of luxurious charm. Piano music on four days a week. The Billiard Room with a similar furniture offers a pleasant evening. Aperitifs, classical cocktails and a large choice of precious spirits are served at the bar. SALONS AND LOUNGES The Reception with the entrance hall, the Salon Louis XV, the lounges with open fireplace are furnished in classical styles and kept in soft and bright colours. The salons are very spacious and bright, ideal for an aperitif or an afternoon tea.

Conferences and BanquetsOur strengths are small and exquisite functions . Banquets, groups and conferences only are accepted during the periods of end of March to mid June and from end of September to id December. The purpose is to separate two completely different guest structures (one with individual, the other with group character) and to take care of each segments specific needs entirely. Due to the size of the hotel, the maximum number of participants is limited to 28 at single occupancy or 53 at double occupancy of the rooms. However, if you book 20 rooms or more for your function, the entire hotel is exclusively at your disposal. In our packages are included: room rate, meal plan, rental of the function room and the free use of our sports and wellness facilities (without lessons or special treatments).
