The Hotel is located in the prestigious Banjara Hills which is in the heart of the city centre, business location, secretariat and government offices. Hotel is closest tyo Hi tech city(software and EDP centre) which is a 20 minutes drive. Located 5km from the airport and is a fifteen minute drive. The Hotel is at an elevation there by having an un-obstructed view of the lake and the city. Also within the close proximity of the Hotel(1km radius) are a choice of two other Taj Group Hotels namely Taj Banjara and Taj Residency. Hi Tech City - Information Technology Centre, which houses major IT companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Intel, Baan etc. Business District - Financial institutions, information technology centres and government offices. Salarjung Museum - A collection of art objects by Nawab Salar Jung II, this museum houses magnificent exhibits of European and Indian paintings and statuary of special interest is the Jade Room containing priceless objects, which belonged to ancient Indian rulers, like Aurangazeb, Tipu Sultan Shah Jahan and the Asaf Jahs of Hyderabad. Birla Mandir - overlooking the Tank Bund, the Birla Mandir presents an arresting sight when illuminated in the evening. This magnificent structure built entirely out of marble from Rajasthan, stands atop the Kala Pahad, the twin hillock of the Naubat Pahad built by Birla Foundation over a span of ten years, the main temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara.
