You can reach Gavrio, the main port of the island by boat from Rafina (37 n.m.) The trip takes 2 hours (1 hour by express ship). There is a frequent service, which intensifies during summer. Rafina Port Authority - 30 22940 28888. You can reach Rafina by bus from Pedio Areos, Athens Bus services - 30 210 8210872. Andros is also connected directly with the islands of Tinos and Mykonos islands (daily) with Syros (twice a week) and the rest of the Cycladic islands.
